ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court, dated 31.01.2014 in W.P.No.2219 of 2014, wherein, this Court directed as follows:

"5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs

respondents 1 to 4 to consider the proposal of the 5th respondent school dated 27.01.2011, submitted on 01.02.2011, for approval of appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant with effect from 01.02.2011 and pass appropriate orders, in the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.No.908 of 2013 dated 25.04.2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs."

2. Today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the above said order of this Court has been complied with by proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tiruvannamalai, in Na.Ka.No.9543/A3/2014, dated 23.06.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
