This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in representing the civil Revision Petition in CRP SR.51511 of 2019.

2. Even though this court accepted the reasons assigned in the affidavit, considering the inordinate delay, is inclined to allow the petition on payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
