This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.
2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 22.10.2024 pending on the file of the third respondent.
3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal dated 22.10.2024 is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 22.10.2024.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 22.10.2024 filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
