This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to surrender before the lower court in pursuance to the order dated 22.10.2024 made in Crl.M.P. No.14499 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.20087 of 2024. 2.

Heard the parties.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the lower court in pursuance to the order dated 22.10.2024 made in Crl.M.P. No.14499 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20087 of 2024, on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
