ORDER

This Application has been filed by the Applicants for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Plaintiff viz., Applicant Nos.3 to 6 as Plaintiff Nos.6 to 9 in T.O.S.No.14 of 2008.

2. Mr.T.K.S.Gandhi, learned counsel for the Respondents 1 & 2 as well as Mr.B.Eswaran, learned counsel for the Respondents 4 to 6 have submitted that they have no serious objection to this Application being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also, considering the no objection expressed from the side of the Respondents 1, 2 & 4 to 6, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the plaint in T.O.S.No.14 of 2008. The learned counsel for the Plaintiffs is directed to file a clean copy of the amended plaint in T.O.S.No.14 of 2008, within a period of one week from today. 07.04.2025 mrr Index : Yes/No Speaking Order (or) Non Speaking Order 3/4
