ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.24521 of 2015, by order dated 30.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner positively and to pass appropriate orders with regard to the reinstatement of the petitioner in any nonsensitive post, within a period of three weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 30.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.07.2018 issued by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
