Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.941 of in Crl.O.P.No.19282/2020 dated 04.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.A.HARI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.941 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19282 of 2020, dated 04.02.2021 is relaxed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
