Mr.Balaganesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 16.02.2019, wherein and whereby, he requested the respondents not to open several Direct Purchase Centres within the distance of 1 km instead of opening such centres at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

distance of 10 km to 15 km, so as to enable the agriculturist to utilize the services rendered by such centres effectively.

3. Since the said representation has been made only on 16.02.2019 and as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the merits of the said representation and pass appropriate orders, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, only by directing the first respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
