ORDER

The petition is filed to quash the complaint dated 10.01.2022 for offence under Sections 294(b), 376 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. Pending investigation of this FIR, the defacto complainant and the accused got married and a memorandum of understanding been entered between them dated 18.03.2022, citing the subsequent events, this petition to quash is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that if this facts are produced by the parties to the Investigation Officer and the same will be recorded and the FIR will be closed accordingly.
