This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first Respondent Police to register an FIR against the persons, as per the information given by Mrs.Gladys Finney of International Justice Mission dated 6 May 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on a complaint given by one Gladys Finney, a case in Cr.No.197 of 2016 has been registered on 24.06.2016 for offences under Sections 16, 17, 18 of Bonded Labour System (Abolition ) Act, 1976, 344, 374 & 3(1)(b) of Indian Penal Code, 1860. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
