Today this petition is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance"

2.In compliance of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has produced the deposit receipt of Rs.2,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, dated 16.04.2021. To that effect, a memo has been filed on 20.04.2021 and the same was taken on record. 3.In view of the same, the petition filed by the petitioner before the Court below to recall PW.5 is allowed. The petitioner is directed to complete the cross-examination of PW5 without any delay on the date of appearance of PW.5.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
