ORDER

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Though the prayer in the writ petition is to restrain the first respondent from proceeding with the selection for the panel to the post of Additional Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine till passing final orders on the enquiry initiated against the petitioner in pursuance of the charge memo in Memo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R.No.78867/DA/2011/S(1) issued by the 2nd respondent dated 12.08.2011, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer as such could not be granted, vis-a-vis, a direction could be issued to the second respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders relating to the charge memo dated 12.08.2011 within a stipulated period.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking a limited prayer, the second respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders in pursuance of the charge memo in Memo R.No.78867/DA/2011/S

(1) issued by the 2nd respondent dated 12.08.2011, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
