Crl.M.P.No.9079 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28671 of 2017 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to withhold the lookout notice issued against the petitioner.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though an order has been passed by this Court as early as on 01.04.2019, the third respondent is not withholding the lookout notice.

3. As this Court has already directed the second respondent to inform the immigration to withhold the lookout notice issued against the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to inform the immigration about the permission granted by this Court within a period of two weeks from today.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
