Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.M3/9528/2013 dated 10.03.2015 (ante dated) served on 18.09.2015 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioners to the post of Primary School Headmaster on implementation of panel for the year 2012 issued in Na.Ka.M3/9528/2012 dated 24.02.2014 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioners were promoted to the post of Primary School Headmaster. However, if any grievance exists, including seniority, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Competent Authority for the purpose of redressal of the same in the manner known to law.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
