This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.435 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24644 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.435 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24644 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
