ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.288 of 2016.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.288 of 2016 for an offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(i) IPC on 14.07.2016 and thereafter, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking further investigation in Crime No.288 of 2016.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the case was registered as early as on 14.07.2016, the present criminal original petition is disposed of, with a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.288 of 2016 and file the final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
