2. The Petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant in the 3rd respondent school on 26.10.2009 and his appointment was approved by the 2nd respondent from 24.10.2011.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his Date of Birth was wrongly recorded in the Service Register. The petitioner has given various representations dated 25.03.2014, 24.06.2014, 07.10.2014 and 01.11.2014 to the third respondent to make necessary corrections in the service records based on the judgment dated 24.08.2012 passed in O.S.No.172 of 2011 made by the District Munsif, Mannargudi. Since no order was passed in the various representations, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to alter his Date of Birth in the service records based on the above referred to judgment.
4. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition could be disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 01.11.2014 within a stipulated time.
5. Taking into consideration the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 01.11.2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
