JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Writ of mandamus has been instituted to set aside the order dated 30.03.2022 and made in WP.No. 10265 of 2016

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Counsel would submit that during pendency of the present writ appeal, the competent authority of the Education Department granted approval of the appointment of the teacher appointed by the respondent aided School. Thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
