[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of original 'impugned proceedings dated 31.01.2025 issued by second respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.
Mr. S.N. Kirubanandam, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioners, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the writ petitioners are not in possession of the impugned proceedings and hence, the instant WMP.

I respectfully submit that I am not in possession of the original copies of the proceedings NIL dated 31.01.2025 on the file of the second respondent...'
