The above petition is filed praying to condone the delay of 20 days in preferring this appeal, against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.17 of 2016 in Special C.C.No.2 of 2011, on the file of Sessions Judge/Special Judge for CBI Cases, at Karaikal.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases has no serious objection to condone the delay.

3. Since the delay is only 20 days, it cannot be said to be an inordinate delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
