O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.] 1.We had, issued notice in this petition on 04.12.2017. On that date, on the say so of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we had re-notified the matter to 07.12.2017. 1.1.The reason for this, was, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran's information to us, that the detenu had been located and was confined at the Airport Police Station.

2.Today, the matter was mentioned by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in the presence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Selvaraj, Advocate.

2.1.The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the stage of mentioning, informed us, that he had instructions to withdraw the petition.

2.2.We had, asked the learned counsel, to have the petitioner remain present, in Court.

2.3.Based on the aforesaid circumstances, we had directed, the listing of the matter today.

2.4.Accordingly, the matter, has come up for hearing, in the Afternoon session.

3.Mr.K.Selvaraj, Advocate, in the presence of the petitioner, reiterates his prayer to withdraw the petition. 3.1.An endorsement, to that effect, has been made, in the petition.

3.2.The detenu, is also present, in Court. The detenu, is therefore, free to accompany the petitioner.

3.3.In these circumstances, no further directions are called for in the petition.
