Respondent Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Email communication dated 12.02.2025 passed by the respondent bank and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the

respondent bank to consider the petitioner's OTS proposal dated 20.12.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, counsel sought leave of the court to withdraw the petition. Counsel stated that petitioner will approach the bank for settling the matter.

2. Mrs.Manivannan stated that if petitioner approaches the bank, the bank will consider the representation in the best commercial interest of the bank and the said statement is made without prejudice to the bank's rights and contentions.

3. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application is closed.
