As per the remarks offered by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram, Chengalpet in D.No.5712/SC/2023 dated 07.08.2023, the victim had appeared before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet, along with a petition to withdraw the amount and also the Station House Officer of the Police Station concerned was present in the Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had filed a status report filed by the Inspector of Police, Thazhambur Police Station, Kancheepuram District, and stated that the amount is available before the learned Sessions Judge.

3.As per the report of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram, Chengalpet, the amount is available in the Court deposit. On preparation of the Bill, the same will be passed and credited to the account 1/3

of the victim in this case. The victim in this case had filed petition seeking to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,75,000/- available in the deposit in S.C.No.134 of 2012.

4.The report of the Station House Officer of Thazhambur Police Station and the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram, Chengalpet is recorded.
