ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in connection with the Letter issued by the Deputy Secretary of the 1st Respondent dated 05.02.2020, in Notification No.2383/PSD-C3/Gr.IV(2015-18) quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to accept the 'Destitute Widow Certificate' of the Petitioner, issued by the 2nd Respondent and provide a Government Job to the Petitioner under the Category of BC(W) (PSTM) in any one of the posts of Junior Assistant/ Draftsman/ Land Surveyor/ Village Administrative Officer.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has got selected in Group-IV 2/4

Services as Junior Assistant in Medical and Rural Health Services vide TNPSC Memorandum No.463/PSD-B1/2022 dated 07.08.2023 and also submitted a copy of the provisional selection order before this Court which was forwarded by the appointing authority to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
