This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in paying the deficit court fee in C.M.A.SR.No.116140/2022.

2. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. It is seen that the 2nd respondent was set exparte by the trial Court. Therefore, further notice is dispensed with and the service to respondents is complete.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, we are inclined to condone the delay, however, on condition of payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from today. If the cost is paid on or before 07.07.2023 and the affidavit of service is filed, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is otherwise, in order.
