Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of injunction, restraining the respondents and its

officials from interfering with the petitioners' occupatio0n in the shop portions in the Ground Floor of the premises at No.9A, Raja Garden, Peravallur, Chennai-82, in pursuance of the order of the 2nd respondent dated 4.4.2016 in Notice No.REGIONCENTRAL/ TPENF/ 0750/2016,(in WMP No.11810 of 2017) (ii)To stay all further proceedings in pursuance of the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 16.3.2017 in Letter No.7616/ UD-VII(1)/ 2016-3 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent dated 4.4.2016 in Notice No.REGIONCENTRAL/ TPENF/ 0750/2016, pending disposal of the above WP.10868/2017 respectively Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.C.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.K.
