The above petition is filed to set aside the order dated 04.01.2022 dismissing the petition for nonprosecution in Tr.C.M.P.No.685 of 2021 and restore the same on file.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the petition in Tr.C.M.P.No.685 of 2021 is restored to the file.
