Seeking leave to sue the applicants for the subject matter of the properties, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that though the scheduled mentioned properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the Administrative Office is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court.
