(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This is a petition to accept the cause title and permit the petitioner to file the writ appeal.

In the writ petition, the third respondent, viz., K.K. 117 Malaiaandaalli Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, was represented by its President. However, now, in the appeal, the said Society, which seeks to challenge the order passed in the writ petition, is represented by its Administrator and not its President.

The reason assigned in the affidavit for this change is that as per the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, the Society is managed by the elected Board of Directors and since the term of office of the Board of Directors has come to an end, the Society is represented by its Administrator. Satisfied with the aforesaid reason, this C.M.P. stands ordered as prayed for and as a sequel, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the case papers.
