These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased parties.

2. Heard Mr.P.Sathish Kumar for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Ramamoorthy, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in all the CMPs.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
