O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18560 of 2022 dated 21.07.2022.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the entire amount that is due and payable to the petitioner has been paid in two installments. The first installment of Rs.42,06,746/- (Rupees Forty Two Lakhs Six Thousand and Seven Hundred and Forty Six only) was paid on 10.05.2023 and the balance of Rs.9,35,155/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand and One Hundred and Fifty Five only) was paid on 15.06.2023.
