ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3606 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.26 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District, thereby allowed the petition seeking amendment.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner lodged a complaint as against the respondent. At the time of argument, the petitioner noticed that the name of the accused was not mentioned in the cause title. Therefore, he filed a petition to amend the cause title and the same was allowed.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3606 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.26 of 2020 by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, 2/4

Pennagaram, Dharmapuram District. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
