This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending on the file of the third respondent for enquiry.

In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
