ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1434 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 2.Both the counsels seek to have an early disposal of the suit and submits no objection. It is also informed that connected suit O.S.No.1289 1/5

of 2024 is also posted before the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, which has to be tried along with O.S.No.1434 of 2017.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.Considering the above facts, directions are issued to the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of O.S.No.1434 of 2017 with connected suit O.S.No.1289 of 2024 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
