This petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent, namely, P.Kanchanamala, P.Umamaheshwari and P.Suvetha as respondents 4 to 6 in the writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is ordered.
