Ms.Zeenath Begum, learned counsel already entered appearance for the respondents 2, 3, 5 to 9 and reported no objection to order both the petitions.

2.Considering the same and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions are allowed. The proposed respondents 10 to 13 herein shall stand impleaded as the respondents 10 to 13 in the main second appeal, being the legal heirs of deceased R4.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
