This application is filed by the applicant to substitute the name of E.K.Ramalingam in the place of E.Koteeswaran to represent the applicant trust as its hereditary trustee.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the applicant is the only male legal heir of the deceased sole trustee, this application is ordered as prayed for. The amendment shall be carried out.
