ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in S.P.No.194 of 2015 in AP VAT 233 of 2015, 195 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2015 in AP VAT 234 of 2015 dated 31.03.2015 and S.P.No.04 of 2015 dated 01.04.2015 and also for a direction that the petitioner be permitted to give a personal bond in substitution of the bank guarantee in respect of the amount of balance of taxes and penalty.

2. Mr.K.Vaitheeswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.Ps are closed. No order as to costs.
