[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would brought to the notice of this Court that the grounds raised in the present review application lost its relevance, in view of the fact that A.S.No.74 of 2009 pending on the file of Sub Court, Erode has been disposed of on 28.01.2013.

2. The grounds raised in the review petition is that during the pendency of the first appeal, the Writ Appellate Court ought not to have considered the grounds. Even in such circumstances, review application cannot be a remedy to re-adjudicate the issues on merits.

3. That being the factum, we are not inclined to entertain the Review Application and consequently stands dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
