(Order of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the first respondent has acted upon the complaint bearing No.352 of 2020 given by the petitioner against the second respondent and
thereafter, the said complaint was dropped on 30.07.2021.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
