ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for their wilful disobedience and violation of the order dated 13.10.2015 made in WP.No.27839 of 2015.

2. This court, while passing the order dated 13.10.2015 in WP.No.27839 of 2015, directed the Government Authorities, dealing with issuance of transit pass, to permit the petitioner's business operations. Pointing out certain violations of the above said order of this court, this contempt petition has been filed.

3. Upon instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents submitted that the transport permits have been periodically issued to the Petitioner so as to continue their business operations and also produced a letter dated 11.07.2016, furnishing actual dates, on which such transport permits have been issued. Recording the said submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
