This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the revision filed by the petitioner as against the order dated 21.02.2024 of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.02/2022/A1.

2.The petitioner was participated in the proceedings in Na.Ka. No.02/2022/A1 dated 21.02.2024 and also filed written submissions. Earlier to the proceedings dated 21.02.2024, an order was passed by the first respondent on 27.05.2022 in Na.Ka.No.002/2022/A2, against which, a revision has been filed by the third respondent before this Court in Crl.R.C.No.897 of 2022. The respondents 7 to 11 were impleaded as party in that revision. Thereafter, an order was passed in Crl.R.C.No.879 of 2022 setting aside the order dated 27.05.2022 and remitting back the matter to the first respondent for passing fresh order after giving an opportunity to the petitioner/third respondent herein as well as respondents 7 to 11 herein and other necessary parties. rsi proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer and made his submissions. But strangely, in the impugned order there is no reference to the petitioner's submission as well as his participation. Hence, he filed this petition to accept the cause title.

3.This Court finds that the petitioner is a necessary party having participated in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/2022/A1. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to accept the cause title and number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
