When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file another petition at a later point of time since the judgment of the Trial Court is a recent one.
