ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register a case against the complaint dated 17.04.2015 which was forwarded by the second respondent and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 17.04.2015 to the second respondent Police and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and give a fresh complaint in writing to the third respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
