ORDER

This Court, while allowing the Writ Petition in W.P.No.34201 of 2016, by order dated 24.10.2016, has directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post where the Department feels that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner can be accommodated.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner has been reinstated into service and posted at Attur. Thus, he submitted that the order of this court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
