These petitions have been filed to i) condone the delay of 4634 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent, viz., Sowdambal, ii) set aside the abatement, and iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the second appeal in usual course.
