Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Declaration to declare the appointment of the 5th respondent as Village Secretary dated 14.12.2012 by the 4th respondent as null and void consequently directing the 1/4
