O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenue by name Ms.K.Deepika, aged about 18 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent police made a submission that on 24.10.2017, the detenue Ms.Deepika, W/o. Gobinath appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram and informed that she is a major and was not abducted by any one. Recording the statement, the detenue was set at liberty by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Villupuram on 24.10.2017. The order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate is produced before us.

3. In view of the said order, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
