Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's company and to take appropriate actions against the anti-social elements those who caused trouble to the petitioner's business by considering his representation dated 01.04.2015.

By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that he is running an industry in the name and style of "M/s.Golden Fishmeal and Fish Oil Company" at land ad-measuring to an extent of 1.55 Acres at Phase-II, SIPCOT,
Semmanguppam and also erected boilers and steam pipelines after obtaining due permission from the concerned authorities. The petitioner would state that some persons acting in a malafide manner had spread rumours as if, the industry on account of the manufacturing of its products, polluting the atmosphere and tried for a lumpsum or proclaimed that they will not allow to run the factory and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.04.2015 to the first respondent with copies marked to the respondents 2 and 3 and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice to the fifth respondent and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the fifth respondent. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
