This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.2678 of 2014 dated 5.11.2014 on the file of the R6 Kumaran Nagar Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No. 2678 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4.
